1. Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order.

• Customer provides return shipping

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at amarennallc@gmail.com or steffceo@steffanymilano.com with your name, order number and reason for return. to obtain a return authorization and further instructions. All costs in return processing will be assumed by the customer. 
  
  

• Pre-order items are also eligible for return under the same conditions.

2. Pre-order Items

• Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be ordered in advance.

• Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide and are subject to change.

• Payment for pre-order items will be taken at the time the order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
