Items must be returned in their original condition, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Please indicate the reason for the change, your name, surname and order number.
– Products sent without an e-mail exchange request will not be accepted.
– Your request for exchange will be answered via e-mail.
Pre-order items are also eligible for return under the same conditions.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Pre-Order Policy

Order Processing:

All pre-orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Production Timeline:

Our products are carefully crafted and require a 4-week production period to ensure the highest quality.
Shipping:

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time:

From the date of your pre-order, the total estimated time for delivery is approximately 5 weeks.
Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order.
Changes and Cancellations:

Pre-orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes or cancellations will not be possible due to the custom production process.
Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of pre-orders and custom production, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
